Future of Our Students is HAZY … But WHY???
Few days back I got a phone call from one of my MBA classmates, she asked me to mail her one of my projects, I told her that it will be of no use for her as the market conditions have changed and financial analysis requires the data for the last year as well and I completed ma degree a year ago, but she insisted to use that n finally used the same for submission to the professor..
Sooner or later she will complete her degree and an MBA will be roaming around in the market and in few months be frustrated and yelling at the people, government, system an all… when could not find a job for herself. Whose fault is this?? What actually it proves??
This is not only the fault of our education system, government, and blah blah blah,,… because student also holds responsibility for this. If we look at the students then what percentage actually wanna learn, they just run after securing grades instead of learning and grasping knowledge. Being a student I myself is not in much support of our education standards but the only way we can cover it up somewhat is to have a motivation to learn. We have so many ways of looking at the real world, then y are we stuck in the books printed decades ago, wakeup guys your future is in your hands, don’t let other to take it in their hands.
why just we cannt Be the master of our own destiny, nobody in the market looks at the grades once you are in to it… learning matters.. so learn as much as you can during study course, use experience of others to climb up the ladder of success.

dont u think so grades matter most when you just go for a first and new job as a fresh candidate??
I agree just grades are nothing, you can get but what matters is knowledge.
though it is true that its not the grades its the knowledge which you show in industry, takes you to success.
but then why it is so that tusent with good grades is prefferd on that who is avg. may be he may got sound knowledge as comapred to him.
naaa, now if we look at the industry then it really is not da case… u wud have observed that all the kids wd CGPA min of 3 and above get the chance to appear in the entry test for any job… lemme tell u that in my own office we gave preference to the kids who were better in Interview rather thn in written test…
just for da frst time grades help yu to entr into mkt… thn thy just dun even matter… i have examples around me that people who dun have lots n lots of educatioln are working at places alot bettr thn those holding higher level degrees just coz of their experience and learning …
yes i agree, but the thing is, it is the refferance, i must say in most cases, which matters alot…..
Weakest Point of Pakistan…
well Ahsan i do remember the post in which we were talking about bringing up change …. Byta we dun have capicity as an individual to bring change in our system… but if we b strong enuf wd command on our area of specialization then we cn have soooooo many arrenas to prove ourselves… SKY is da limit ma frnd… n in sm cases even sky is not…
jaisay hm hope lgga k baithy hain k DEC tk electricity crisis k sath cope up ker lain gy thn just think POsitive about it aswell..
ok tell me, what will you do to cover up electricity crisis ?
be specific ahsan,,, wht actually u wanna ask.. ?
as a citizen i cn fulfill the reponsibility of saving the resources as guided…. AC ko 26 degree py use kero.. try to avoid using appliances like iron during peak requirement hours,,, etc etc.. ds is wht we cn do in individual capacity … so we cn join hands and mayb cn cope up wd it… which is impossible being Pakistani, coz if u gonna save sm other one is gonna waste dat… but we cn only do our duty and ask related ones to perform their’s
i dont think so i was like general, i just asked a specific question..anyhow..i think we should close the discussion for now.
Hope for the best
