Ufone Continues to Have Problem with SMS Pacakges – Even in night
It was very common that Ufone subscribers complain regarding the delayed activation of Ufone Daily SMS Package. Most of the people claim that package is activated afetr 1 to 2 hours of request, gets more delayed in exceptional cases. Ufone justifies by giving the as usual argument of Huge Load in Peak Hours. But here is the time when Ufone introduces Night sms pacakges, where we usually do not see enough load, still the same problem with activation.
Ufone Night SMS package from 12 AM to 8 AM is having the same kind of problem, sharing my personal experience, Package activation request was sent at 12:24 but no response until 12:40 after that 2 more requests at 12:50. And request receipt was received around 4AM, with the text, Your request has been received and your package will be activated soon.
After that, no response from Ufone and at 9 in the morning, i requested for Daily Pacakge and suddenly i got 3 SMS in a row, Your Package has been activated, Followed by 3 SMS, Your Package has expired. 
Now how Ufone will justify this? This is not about peak hours load, or some technical problem. Ufone seems to be having this porblem since the start of SMS packages.
Where is the Ufone, to answer? Being the biggest participant in monthly SMS count send per month, almost 43% shared by Ufone, ufone must think to retain the position, it is currently having.
