ASK Telenor Messaging Service
ASK Telenor is a SMS based service that gives you the answer to your query in approximately 15 minutes. You can ask questions via SMS and get reply in mentioned time. Service costs Rs. 9(plus tax) per SMS.
Send your query via SMS on 275. Initially, an answer to your question will be sought in Ask Telenor database. If that’s not successful, the question will be sent to a suitable expert. The reply will then be checked by one of the moderators before being sent on to you.
Service seems to be really costly, but the accuracy of it cannot be discussed at this stage. But it can be really helpful in the situation where you stuck. Though you have to pay to get something, obviously, still Rs 9 + tax would be large amount to pay for a single query, lets see how telenor gets response on this.
