PTCL Bill Counters
THE Pakistan Telecom Company Limited has set up special bill collection counters at various One Stop Shops in Lahore to facilitate the submission of bills and avoid long queues.
As per special instructions of PTCL Senior Executive Vice President (BZ-N) Tariq Salman, customers can deposit their bills at Faisal Town, Cantt, CTH, Garden Town, Gulshan-e-Ravi, Ali Park, CMC, DHA, Hyperstar, Kalama Chowk, Kamran Block, Kashmir Block, Misri Shah, Pace Main Boulevard, Pace MM Alam Road, Samnabad, Shahpur and Egerton Road One Stop Shops from 9am to 4pm.
He further said that the customers could also collect duplicate bill, order for new PSTN and DSL connections and register complaints at these One Stop Shops. For the convenience of the subscribers, the Hyperstar OSS and Pace OSS will remain open on Sundays.
