Zong Online Complaint Form For 668 Service
We had Already covered Mobilink offered 668 Complaint Form. This Time Zong come up with the same thing, if number of Zong SIMs issued against your NIC is wrong, as per PTA 668 service, contact Zong via Complaint Form and you will get your issue solved. Procedure is same as previously described.
Following is the simple procedure to get your data corrected:
1. Visit PTA’s Sim Information System
2. If number of Zong Sims issued against your NIC is wrong, Download the Zong Complaint Form
3. Fill out the form and send a scanned copy of form to Mobilink at customerservices@zong.com.pk
4. Attach scanned NIC (both side) and Passport with mail.
5. Do not forget to put your NIC Number as the Subject of Email.
A reference number will be issued against your complaint and Zong will coordinate with PTA regarding the issue. Extra SIMs issued will be removed after 24 hours of your complaint but PTA database takes 45 days to get update. So wait for 45 days then to have your data verified, if corrected.

Respected Sir.. i am a government servant.. using mobile regularly.. from last 2 months this zong number (0315-4495602) is disturbing me and my family.. i hav submitted the complaint against this number.. but no action is taken against this number so far.. this is un authorized number.. so kindly do something.. thanks
Amir you can always complaint about annoying numbers at CS/S centers and even to PTA.
