Warid Online Complaint Form For 668 Service
As already published, Zong and Mobilink had their online complaint form a while ago, this time Warid comes up with the same. Warid Online Complaint form is available to notify PTA if number of SIMs issued against your NIC are wrong as per PTA Overseas SIM Information System.
Following is the simple procedure to get your data corrected:
1. Visit PTA’s Sim Information System
2. If number of Warid Sims issued against your NIC is wrong, Download the Warid Complaint Form
3. Fill out the form and send a scanned copy of form to Warid at overseas668@waridtel.com
4. Attach scanned NIC (both side) and Passport with mail.
5. Do not forget to put your NIC Number as the Subject of Email.
A reference number will be issued against your complaint and Warid will coordinate with PTA regarding the issue. Extra SIMs issued will be removed after 24 hours of your complaint but PTA database takes 45 days to get update. So wait for 45 days then to have your data verified, if corrected.

I am operating my warid No. 0323-4203659 from a long time. On 9-4-2011 my mobile is not operating and message came that sim not registered. I have contacted on 321 warid customer centre that told me that your sim has been converted to Mobilink.
Sir it is without my permission. You are requested to please convert back my sim on warid and strict disciplinary action will be taken against mobilink authority.

dear sir, i m from nawabshah sindh. i used the sim of warid since 5 years having number 03213216231 registered in my own name nic no 4540208343085. Sir i have the original jacket of the sim which i purchased first time. But now the franchise of warid Lahore transfer the ownership of my sim without inform to me in the name of Rana Saim Raza. So i am requesting to the WARID and PTA athorities/ officers to take action againt and solve my proble and take action against the Frenchise of Lahore for this illigal transfer of the ownership of my sim. i have load Rs 50 in my account mobile no 03224978136 dated on.04-04-2012 .Ref.iD 0404183342138555 time 06.13 PM when i checked my account i found Rs 0/- in account. During this i don,t made any call or SMS.
