PTCL Advises Public to Lodge Complaints Through E-mail
Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has advised its customers to contact its support team or Regional General Managers on the following email addresses in case their complaints are not addressed through 1218.
The e-mail addresses are:
- karachi.rapid.supportptcl.net.pk
- Zulfiqar Ali Ursani RGM1 Karachi : Â zulfiqa.ursaniptcl.net.pk
- Jamal Abdul Nasir RGMII Karachi : jamal.nasirptcl.net.pk
- Abdul Naeem RGM III Karachi : abdul.naeemptcl.net.pk
- Abdalla Bani Hammad Etisalat Advisor : abdalla.banihammadptcl.net.pk
PTCL said in a release on Wednesday that it is always striving very hard to give the best services to its valued customers.
PTCL has already got a state of the art call centre where valued customers can register their complaints in case of faulty telecom services. However, it has been felt that lot of esteemed customers want to send their complaints through e-mail, and keeping in view this requirement e-mail arrangement has been made.

telephone number 021-36911023 every now and then
remains idle,lodged complain on 1218 having number 34 which has not been redressed so far when
reminded today on 6th september 2011 a new complain no.7 has been given but no rectification.
a lady contacted from 0345-2765857 informing that she is from PTCL asking that whether complain of
telephone number 36911023 rectified or not?but no
rectification so far.Please rectify the above complain on priority and permanent basis.Thanks
