Ufone to Increase Package Conversion Charges

With the official announcement at Ufone website, Ufone will be charging increased amount for the conversion of packages i.e. the increased amount will be Rs. 15 from Rs. 10 and the previous amount of Rs. 5 wil nowl be increased to Rs. 10. These new conversion rates will be applicable from 5th of March.

The news from Ufone says:

Dear Customer, Package conversion fee will be revised on 5^th March 2011. Conversions of Rs 5 and Rs 10 will be charged at Rs 10 and Rs 15 respectively.

So surely Ufone has planned to generate some big revenue from the customers who are in constant habit of switching plans or the other way Ufone might not want them to switch plans as it is already having alot of loads on its network/servers.

Whatsoever is the case, these increased conversion charges will be for both the local as well as international packages, including all the voice and other packages.

It merits mentioning here, Ufone earlier has increased the loan amount to Rs. 25 and the increment in package conversion rates clearly shows, Ufone is having some major changes back there.
